• Packages that are sent to the hotel can be held at the front desk (if there is a valid / upcoming reservation under the same name). There is a $5.00 per day fee for each package prior to the guest's arrival date. If the guest is checked-in and a package is received, there is no charge. It is the guest's responsibility to visit the front desk to collect their package.
